My clients love Everynook, so going through multiple offers and being able to go through the difference in terms and seeing the Everynook score, it's super easy for them to feel confident that they're making the right decision.
Hey, I'm Joe Bird with Re/Max Advantage Realty, team leader for The Pakulla Professional Team. I've been a real estate agent for about 12 years now. I've done about 1,000 transactions and I run the number one Re/Max team here in the state of Maryland.
The thing that most surprised me about Everynook is just how simple it is to use. I describe the software to somebody that's never used it as super simple, super effective, and a huge time saver.
So one of the problems that Everynook solves is managing multiple offers on one of your listings. So I don't know, probably about a year ago I developed a Google form that created a spreadsheet, and it was a pretty decent solution. But you're still dealing with agents putting random things in. It wasn't organized.
So what Everynook does is it makes it very formulaic, very easy for agents to put in, and very, very, incredibly easy in order to manage and go through those multiple offers and review the differences for both the agent and the consumer.
Everynook has saved me hours on every listing, going through multiple offers, going through and creating my own spreadsheets. Literally hours.
Super easy to get started with Everynook. Basically set up took, I don't know, maybe five, ten minutes at most to get my profile set up and then putting a listing in takes max 5 to 10 minutes. But we've adapted our listing process so my team members are able to easily get the data into Everynook and then take that over to the MLS.
Data security is what makes Everynook stand out, so ShowingTime has an offer management tool that I looked at for a while. but we all know that Zillow owns ShowingTime. And my my belief is giving the competitor more data doesn't make any sense. So I love that Everynook is using the data. It's not just going to waste, but it's not being sold to third parties that are going to use it against us here.
So what I love about working with Everynook is that they're always open to making changes and making things better. So anytime I've come up with either a slightly different process or a slightly different way to do something, or even a whole new idea, they are willing to listen. And if they agree, it's implemented very, very quickly.
I have already recommended Everynook to other real estate agents, anybody that's using it on my listings, anybody that's asked questions about it. My response is, hey, it's really easy to use. I know it's a little bit different, but once you use it, you're going to want to use it as well.
