I kind of don't want to recommend this to everybody else, because I want to keep it to myself, but I've had agents reach out to me asking about it already, and I will 100%, recommend this to other agents.  It saves a ton of time.  It makes the whole process professional.  And it's super, super easy to use.

Hi, I'm Brian Zack.  I'm the team leader of Diamond Home Group of Garceau Realty.  I've been doing this for about ten years now.  I started off as a solo agent, of course, like everybody else.  Did that for 2 or 3 years and then formed a team and have been building that ever since.

My team's always trying to differentiate themselves from the rest of the crowd.   Using Everynook makes us stand apart.  Since using the service, I've achieved several happy clients.  Not only happy clients, but happy agents on the other side of the transaction, which was a huge bonus.  They asked me about the software, how they could start using it. That just speaks volumes for how easy this is to use.

I want my clients to have a good experience from start to finish, including contractors, moving companies, whoever.  If there's something that doesn't stand out, that doesn't make the experience professional or memorable, that's a problem for me.  So presenting multiple offer breakdowns on Excel through email was an issue. Everynook solved that.  And I feel like I'm a different agent now using Everynook.

Prior to using Everynook, I like most people did the best I could with tools I had like Excel, things like that.  But I try to differentiate myself and I try to be as professional as possible when I'm dealing with clients.  Everynook solved a lot of those problems for me.

Prior to Everynook, when I would get into a multiple offer situation, I would track the details of each offer through Excel manually.  It wasn't the easiest to convey to clients when we had multiple offer situations.  It wasn't always the most precise.  With Everynook I can punch in some information, quickly, easily and it calculates things for me making the whole process much more streamlined. 

Using Everynook I'm able to present the information clearly and professionally, and it really differentiates myself.

This has really freed up a lot of time for me.  I can direct other agents to the platform where they can download disclosures and check preferred terms from our sellers.  That just frees up a ton of time for me on the back end so I can focus on other clients and other lead gen activities. 

One of the things we like to do is be proactive with communication so when I get the notification that a client's writing an offer on one of our listings, that's a great call to make to a client to let them know that someone's interested in submitting an offer.

The only other offer management software I've been used to, are things with REO properties or foreclosures. If you've seen those before, they aren't the prettiest thing in the world.  This is not only super user friendly, but attractive and really stands out from the crowd.

I've been happy from start to finish, but what made me the happiest about working with this company is there would be little things here and there that I would see that I thought could be an improvement and with a quick email or suggestion, it's installed in the next implementation.  So the response from support has been phenomenal. 

As the product is built out, the data that it's collecting is going to be super useful to agents on all sides of the transaction.

I come from a bit of a tech background, so this was pretty easy for me but I put myself in my agent's shoes.  I showed the program to them and it’s super easy, it's pretty intuitive.  You can basically load it up, it prompts you through step by step what to do to get started with a new listing.   When you get an offer it’s super easy to plug in the information.  It couldn't be easier to use. 

It's super easy to get started.  There's not a huge learning curve.  So if you're considering using this, jump right in.  It's easy to set up.  You're going to love it after your first transaction.
